2.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with fff77. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and Loyalty Points.

3.5 fff77 targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet destinations (GCash, Maya). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. fff77 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
3.6 fff77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, account compromise, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, fff77 will communicate with the affected Player in a timely manner.
4.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by fff77 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms. General acceptance of these Terms does not constitute automatic entitlement to any bonus.

11.2 Upon closure of an account for a verified breach of these Terms, fff77 may withhold any outstanding balance. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
